Terms of Service

You need an account to enrol in a course. You agree to give accurate information when you register and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

If you are under 18, you may use Timson Academy only under adult supervision, and you must give us a parent or guardian email address at signup.

Course prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings on each course page. Enrolment is confirmed only once we have received and verified your payment from Safaricom — not at the moment you submit the payment form.

A course you have paid for is licensed to you personally for your own learning. You may not share your account, resell access, or redistribute course materials.

If a payment is taken in error, or a course is unavailable after you have paid for it, contact support@timsonacademy.com and we will refund it. Refund requests are reviewed individually and are approved by a Timson Academy administrator.

Lessons, videos, quizzes, and written materials on this platform are the intellectual property of Timson Academy. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, record, republish, or distribute them without our written permission.

We may update, add to, or retire course content over time. Where a change materially affects a course you are actively enrolled in, we will tell you.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other users' accounts, or our systems. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing material, and do not use the platform to harass other students.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to suspend access temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
